Swords Express, a division of Eirebus, has been voted Passenger Transport SME Company of the Year 2019 at the Irish Logistics and Transport Awards 2019 ceremony hosted in the Clayton Burlington Hotel on Friday evening.

In its 10th year, these awards are the ‘Oscars’ of the Logistics & Transport industry in Ireland with trophies on the night being awarded to the top players in the industry including Kuehne + Nagel, BWG Foods, DHL Global Forwarding Ireland, Transdev Dublin Light Rail, among many others.

Welcoming the award on the night was Sinead Kavanagh, Managing Director who was “delighted to accept the Passenger Transport SME of the Year award for Swords Express. A massive thank you to our loyal customers and dedicated team.” This is the fifth time Swords Express has won this award.

In its 12th year of operation, Swords Express now operates 40 coaches servicing 130 departures every weekday between Swords and Dublin city centre, with 75 at the weekend. As passenger demand has grown, we have expanded our fleet to continue to meet the requirements of our 6,000 daily passengers.

We would like to sincerely thank all of our hard-working staff and, of course, our loyal customers, for helping us to win this award.
